When I heard Adopt-A-Cat needed help;
I came to just give a donation since I already adopted a kitty about one year ago,
from a neighbor who had dumped him on the street when they moved from their condo.
But, when I saw how many dear kitties needed loving homes, my heart went out to your cause.
I saw a very frightened little kitty hiding in the corner not looking so good.
He was the one that captured my heart, I knew I had to take him home with me.
I changed his temporary name "Ringo" to "Taylor" and he and my "Hunter" after several days
of trying to keep apart were introduced to each other. It did take a while for my older male cat
"Hunter" to accept "Taylor", there were some pretty noisy nights.
With constant love and attention given to both, they have now become best "buddies" !
They eat, play, sleep and groom each other, an occasional paw swat happens but that is to be expected.
I continue to work with "Taylor" he does not like to be picked up,
but he now comes to me and sleeps right along-side "Hunter" in bed with me!
He is becoming a more beautiful cat with a fantastic and loving personality!
My kitties really enjoy each other now, it is truly amazing how giving love can conquer all !
I am so happy to have both of these "little angel's" in my life, I have been truly blessed!
p.s. Please give "Inga" my best regards and good wishes for all volunteers for all of your great deeds!
Sincerely,
Angel Schiller
I love my adopt-a-cat kitties! I have two girls from there: Martini and Olive (Ollie). Martini is very intelligent, sweet and loving; Ollie is funny, energetic and athletic. I have two boys: Sam and Jack (from the pound)
You do great work.
Thanks!

On the very 1st day I worked at the shelter.
I walked in and this gorgeous little black kitty immediately began following me around and kept following me all day....... Her name is SPOOKY..and I ended up taking her home that night and she's been my "love" ever since!!!!
They have said "your cat" picks you - and SPOOKY definitely did THAT !
She's been such a little angel with fur ever since and makes life a real treat just waking up in the morning to her little furry claws patting my head and annoying me 'till I wake up and give her the salmon "treats" she's so addicted to now!!!
She incremented me from that 1st night from the generic plain wet food on up through about 5 different and ever-increasing priced types, until she "arrived" me at SHEBA--of COURSE-the most expensive one!!!
I love my little SPOOKY and she gives such perfect love with those pretty little eyes and kitty "look" as she stares up with such trusting abandon....!!!!
